Meet other mothers and socialize your little one with some new friends just their size in this open exploratory play program!

Miss Liz, a licensed Occupational Therapist. will guide play activities to aid in gross motor development skills such as rolling, sitting, crawling, walking and climbing for your child. During play, ergonomic education and pain relief techniques will be taught to mothers to assist you in a healthy and happy postpartum rehabilitation.
